Joel Gonce, M.D., recently started as the first on-site physician at Life Care Center of Gray, Tennessee.

In his new role, Gonce will enhance physician accessibility to patients and families. He will aid in hospital transitions and pharmacy communications, and being on-site will allow him to personally respond to medical changes or emergencies in a timely manner.
